New Text Alert System for SM

Starting next Monday, January 28, you will no longer receive SM text alerts.

Sadly, we are needing to change to a new texting service (reason listed below). Because of this change, everyone needs to subscribe to our new texting service (we cannot import everyone's name and number).

In order to subscribe to the new texting service, please do the following:

• Text: 574-281-0661
• Message you need to send: SM
• After you send the text, you'll be prompted to put in your name and birthday.

If you have a smart device that is not a phone (i.e., iPod, iPad, tablet, etc.), you can use a free texting app for your phone to subscribe to our texting service.

Reason for the change:
​Our ministry has been using a free texting service called "Remind" for the last three years. Starting next Monday, the company will no longer be able to send text messages to people who have Verizon Wireless as their cell phone provider. Since many of our SM family has Verizon, we are going to switch to a new texting service.
